Vay Tiá»n Nhanh Ggads. Salah satu syarat Sepeda motor akan bisa hidup jika sistem pengapian normal, selain itu juga harus ada kompresi dan bahan bakar. Ngomong-ngomong soal pengapian, kemaren saya ada pasien motor C70 yang sudah di rombak pengapian nya memakai CDI suzuki RC. Sebenarnya saat melihat jalur pengapian nya saya jadi bingung. Nah loh kok bingung? Ya bingung lah, spul masih bawaan tanpa adanya pulser, yaitu masih menggunakan platina. Lha tapi ini kok di pasang CDI. Setelah itu saya coba cari info sama teman bengkel. Memang pengapian c70 platina bisa di ganti dengan CDI Suzuki RC tanpa membongkar spul, alasan nya pengapian CDI rc tipe tanpa pulser. Di artikel ini saya akan berbagi jalur kabel di motor c70 yang memakai cdi RC kemaren. Berikut ini adalah diagramnya. Bisa di lihat rangkaian nya lur. Dari spul sebenarnya ada 3 kabel tapi kita ambil 2 saja yaitu; Putih / W sambungkan ke input CDI suzuki RC, kalau yang dari CDI warnanya hitam/merah "Bl/R". Kuning "Y" kabel dari spul menuju kiprok untuk lampu. Biru/putih "Bu/W" kabel output dari CDI menuju Coil. Hitam/Putih "Bl/W" kabel massa CDI. Hijau "G" kabel massa body. Ya walaupun saat kita rangkai seperti itu motor bisa menyala tetapi pengapian tidak bisa maksimal. Namanya juga tanpa pulser, jadi timing pengapian nya kurang pas menurut saya. Oya di kasus yang saya temui kemaren troubelnya pengapian ada tapi sangat kecil. Penanganan yang saya lakukan adalah mengganti CDI nya dengan yang baru.
